smart drive computing platform. Addressing the need of consumers and
professionals on the go, Portable SignupShield delivers a true plug & play
smart password manager.

drives while at the
Summit

Portable SignupShield will be available through

and U3 Web sites and on U3 powered USB smart drives this
fall.
As
consumers increasingly interact with more than one computer, they need a secure,
PC and browser independent, way to manage their Web access passwords anywhere,
anytime. Portable SignupShield delivers on this need with the following set of
new features:

Secure
data storage – Saved passwords will be stored fully encrypted on any U3 powered
USB smart drive.

Portable
data – Passwords saved on one computer are recognized on other
computers.

Browser
independence – Passwords are browser independent (both version and brand) for
Internet Explorer & Firefox.

True
plug & play – Portable SignupShield becomes active when a U3 powered USB
smart drive is plugged into a host computer. No need for a reboot, logging out
from windows or even closing already open browser pages.

Safe
unplug – Once unplugged, Portable SignupShield cleans up any traces of its
activity from the host computer. It also detaches itself from open browsers so
that they need not be closed and re-opened.

No
administrator rights needed – Portable SignupShield does not require any
privileged rights on a host computer. It can be used even in an Internet café
environment.
